On 27th April, we were in attendance at the Open Day for the Centre for Human Computer Interaction Design (HCID) at London’s City University – a free conference for UX, CX and service design experts to share insights and catch up over coffee. We’re proud to be contributors to the event – Kristine Pitts, one of our Principal Consultants, presented on the topic of co-design.
Her talk focused on the fundamentals of the concept, and the thinking behind bringing users into the very earliest stages of solution design. Using the case study of a project we conducted for a challenger bank, Kristine took attendees through the whys, the hows, and the eventual outcomes of co-designing with customers.
You can review and download the slide deck from the talk here – and if you want to learn more about co-design, handily we’ve already demystified it.
