We've been really impressed with the complex journey maps and service blueprints that ExperienceLab have delivered for us, especially considering how complex some of the journeys must have been.

The human-centred design training has completely changed the way we think about things. It's changed the way we look at problems and the solutions we come up with. We're now more focused on the customer and understanding their perspective rather than being driven by business processes.
