Yasmin Carter

UX Researcher

Yasmin works as a UX Researcher with a qualitative and quantitative background in Clinical Psychology and understanding human behaviour. She has worked in multiple NHS environments including acute healthcare, community services and secure forensic settings. She brings her understanding of psychological formulation to work with clients across the lifespan and different clinical populations.

Yasmin works as a collaborative communicator who curiously asks questions to understand user needs. She works as a visual learner who enjoys brainstorming with teams to explore insights, solve problems and develop user orientated products.

Outside interests:

Outside of work, Yasmin is a very active person and loves the outdoors. If Yasmin isn’t found hiking up her next fell with her Husband, they will be found out walking with their Rambling Society. She loves sharing challenges with friends! On quieter days she enjoys baking and connecting with nature. Whether that is a long countryside walk with her Sausage Dog River, or creating her famous crumble, the opportunity to slow down really matters to Yasmin.
