Laura Wilkinson

Laura heads up ExperienceLab for the Asia Pacific. Laura has a wealth of experience leading complex and transformational government design projects, working both within Government and consultancies. She brings her knowledge of the public sector, design expertise and leadership skills to tackle complex problems and deliver outcomes.  

Laura loves bringing different teams and perspectives together to see what magic can be created. She is passionate about bringing the voice of lived experience into the design process and co-designing outcomes. She is highly pragmatic and focused on the delivery of solutions that the business can deliver and scale.  

Outside interests:  

In her spare time, you will see her playing with her kids or watching them perform their latest trick on the monkey bars, cooking feasts for friends, building some strength at pilates or watching a good TV series.
