Federica Talato

Federica is an experienced Service Designer with a background in the private sector, mainly in hospitality and events. She also worked in the Shared Services vision in HMRC and helped re-imagine the employee lifecycle in the Civil Service.

She is a certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner and a Design Thinking Facilitator, with a focus on user research and human-centred design and a passion about innovation and a technology-driven, sustainable future.

She brings to the ExperienceLab team the invaluable skillset of designing disruptive solutions with a digital perspective, to elevate the customer experience and bring value to organisations, and a deep understanding of the Government Digital Service Design principles.

Outside interests:  

Outside of work you’ll find Federica on the yoga mat, where she spends at least one hour every day, or in one of London commons, walking her German Shepherd Cross, Archie.

She also enjoys cooking and experimenting with flavours from all around the world. Her idea of a perfect night is French cheeses, Italian wines and mystery murder dinner games with friends.
