Constance is a UX Researcher passionate about evidence-based research and human-centred design. After completing a Master’s degree in UX Design at the University of Arts London in 2019, Constance worked in a hybrid UX Researcher/Designer role at a design studio and gained both design and research experience across a variety of sectors. Since joining ExperienceLab in early 2021, she has worked on various projects for private and public sector clients and is now leading two research programmes with her expertise in qualitative research and user testing. 

Constance is in her element when conducting any kind of research activities, but finds the ‘lightbulb’ moments when analysing data and producing insights the most inspiring part of being a researcher. She finds her work most rewarding when research insights inform design decisions and ultimately create a positive impact on people’s lives. 

Outside interests:  

Constance is also not-so-secretly part of a dance crew and enjoys dancing as a hobby. On the weekends, you can find Constance café hopping to try as many new desserts as she can or curled up at home with her Nintendo Switch games.
