Andy Marsh

Andy is an experienced service designer, with a background in the public sector, using Human Centred Design and Systems Thinking methodologies to drive transformation. He’s worked across a range of sectors, including benefits, employability, housing, public health, and defence. While in local government, Andy presented at several conferences, had projects featured on the LGA website, and ran service design training courses for the wider sector. 

Beyond his usual consultancy work, Andy has used service design and research skills on development projects with honey, printing, and fashion businesses in sub-Saharan Africa. He also has operational experience from running a food delivery service that provided over half a million meals to residents shielding from Covid. 

Outside interests:  

Outside work Andy likes to travel as much as possible, most recently to Colombia, Austria, and Transylvania. While in London he’s often found running, swimming, playing tag rugby, or still trying to win the local pub quiz with friends.
