Experience Lab is part of Serco Group plc.
As a global social media brand, rapid feedback and usability testing is needed, often with discovery research to provide insight into potential users of established and new release features, tools, UX and platforms.
For each project we run in partnership with the brand, we complete several rounds, or sprints, of usability testing. For each sprint, we set up candidate sessions quickly with a wide array of specific audiences, delivering prompt feedback on the product to meet the client’s requirements. As we conduct multiple rounds of testing, we often support the client teams over the course of the development of a product, providing valuable voice of the customer insight at each step of the journey.
Our partnership has grown over the years and continues to expand into other areas, products and recognised brands. We enable client teams to deliver outstanding products with rapid iterative testing, supporting them with developing the world-class products that are used daily by individuals across the globe.
